It's Our 17-Year Blogging Anniversary!

Hard to believe that we’ve logged 17 years and 266 posts in our blogging journey so far.  Barbara started her blog on February 28, 2006, with two posts – the image above of Barbara & Jeff on site working on Castle Colorful and her story, Look What I’ve Started! Many things have changed, but this cute couple’s love of play has not! Here are a few highlights from along the way:

In 2014, we posted Dreams Happen Fundraiser about all our playhouse donations since 1999 to Rebuilding Together’s gala fundraiser, Dreams Happen.

We began 2015 with a fun post imagining If Kids Made New Year’s Resolutions… The answer? Play more, of course! Honestly, that’s always one of ours as well :)

In 2020, we shared the story of a play fort that had been re-stained and loved by 3 different families over the years entitled 3 Families, 3 Decades of Fun!

As you can see from this recent image of Barbara and Jeff on site at the latest Magical Bridge Playground in our Flyin’ in the Roofs blog post, this creative couple continues to find the joy in building whimsical play spaces. Here’s to the next 17 years of sharing our playful projects with all of you!
