Pasadena Playhouse was designed to elegantly fill in the previously unused space on top of the upper retaining wall. A series of platforms and steps lead to the 1-story playhouse with gable roof & side deck with rung ladder. Along the way to the playhouse, take a detour down the 1st of 2 slides or climb down the rope net ladder. The mid-level retaining area is filled with bark chip and secured with rope net railing that curves to follow the edge of the lower retaining wall. Chutes & ladders!

Entrance Deck/Walkway: 3 Platform Steps (3.5' x 4.5' each) with 7" step up attached to existing landing at entrance and bridging to playhouse deck, with 21' of 36" high fortress railing, footings with epoxy bolts to retaining wall. Open slide for 6' deck height. Hand-woven rope net climbing ladder.

Playhouse: 7' long x 8' wide Playhouse in Rustic Style with window openings with shutters on back side, doors with sliding "who-goes-there" peephole & doorknocker and mail slot with interior mailbox. Playhouse suported with footings and epoxy bolting to retaining wall. 8' long x 9' wide single-layered tongue & groove Gable Roof.

Side Deck: 6' wide x 6' long deck with 2' x 3.5' jog side balcony with 20' of 36" high fortress railling. Supported with footings and epoxy bolting to retaining wall. Angled rung ladder for 7' deck height, with 2 footing posts.

Curved & Straight fencing: 36.5 linear feet of 36" high fencing rope net fencing attached to the 4' high retaining wall to create safe play area/landing zone for slide and rope net ladder. Slide and angled rung ladder for 4' deck height.
